Apr 28th '12. I had my first PP period when DS was about 3 months. It was uncomfortable to use tampons again after not for so long. But I was bleeding so heavy I couldn't use tampons unless I used a pad as well or changed it every hour. My second period was better and I had no problem using tampons.
